APPOINTMENTS

New client reservations require a credit card to secure. A 20% service fee is due (required on 1st visit, given to your therapist as gratuity). After hours appts must be prepaid in advance.

To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve appointments in advance, though we make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments and walk-ins. Be sure to mention any medical condition, pregnancy, or special request at time of booking.

Follow the prompts to select your desired service, favorite technician (or the first available), and desired date/time. In the Notes box, write any details such as a certificate type and number, range of availability, if you are a member, etc. We will take care of the rest!

ARRIVAL
Please arrive before your appointment to allow yourself time to check-in and relax with some tea or water. Late arrival may shorten your service time, depending on our schedule, and the full-service fee will be charged.
WHAT TO WEAR
Massage is usually performed with the client fully undressed, but draped with a sheet at all times. Only the part of the body being massaged is exposed. You can keep your underwear on, but it may limit the therapist’s access to certain muscles.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
During the massage, please tell your therapist if you would like more or less pressure, quieter music, a blanket if you’re cold, turning the table warmer on or off. Your comfort is most important.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel or change your appointment through 6:30 pm the evening prior. No-shows or last minute cancellations affect other guests, your therapist, and the spa. Failure to give proper notice may result in a $20 per hour fee. Appointments confirmed then cancelled within the same day may result in a $10 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
TIPPING
As with other tipped professions, gratuity is based on the full, undiscounted value of your service(s), and 20% is standard for good service (required upon first visit).
